Very nice place
5/5 The unit was clean, well stocked and all of the appliances worked well. Very nice grounds and common areas. King bed in master was like laying on a cloud, very comfortable
Not ocean view
4/5 Not sure if I rushed through the description, but despite search filters, it’s not ocean front or ocean view. It’s a beautiful view but I wanted to see the sea. It’s a quarter mile walk to the beach. This is on perdido key, not Pensacola beach (another failed filter when searching) so the ocean looked like the Atlantic. Property is clean and gorgeous. Slight issues with lights not working and dripping faucets. Loved the furnishings and size. It’s very pretty and calm, and I appreciate the quick communication.

Great location
4/5 Love the location and the view from the condo. There is a few things that need to be fixed in the condo. The trim was off and laying in the hallway, there was no handle on the outside of the sliding door and towel hook in small bathroom was broken. The cleaning staff could do a better job. There was fried chicken left in the oven. These things won’t keep me from renting again but should be fixed in my opinion.
