2/5 Worst trip so far. Lights and fans did npt work properly. Neighborhood was horrible. Contact high when walking to beach.

- We have many previous reviews highlighting the property's great location close to the beach
- The lights and fans are checked regularly, but we will inspect them to ensure they are functioning properly. We encourage guests to contact our local representative or Evolve during their stay for any concerns so we can address them promptly
- We have never had reports of drug activity in the neighborhood. Nearby is a church, missionary school, and library, and even the beach nearby is a smaller, more private beach

4/5 Overall we enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was fine and the location is convenient to grocery store and one of the main streets to many places in Panama City. Beds were very comfortable. Internet password was not written correctly so that was a minor problem but help came quickly when called. The TV instructions on how to operate also needs to be rewritten correctly. We would stay here again.

Beach time
5/5 We came to PC to enjoy the beach. The bay that is close by proved to be our favorite spot. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is easily accessible to every thing we needed. The house was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We would definitely consider renting again if/when we return to Panama City.
