Needs work
1/5 Best thing about this place was it being right on the beach. It’s very run down, when we checked in it had no power, didn’t get power till 8:30pm. The tv didn’t work, was told it was because of the association but come to find out the owners are responsible for the tv. There was work being done on the railings but we were not notified about any work till we got there and seen for our self’s. It would be the perfect place if it had some work done to it.

5/5 This studio is clean and on the beach! Everything listed on VRBO was accurate and Lana was easy to work with. It fit my husband and I for 2 nights with no complaints! Bar across street, easy access to main strip and beach... perfect! We look forward to renting from the Evolve Team again!
