• Perfect rental for our BIG family

  Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed the home's large kitchen and dining area for all our meals, bedrooms that were comfortable with linens and towels for both the bathrooms and pool swimming, and OMG! THE WATER VIEW. Sunsets were breath taking. We rented a boat for several days and explored the sand bars in the area and appreciated the boat dock right at the house.

  All round the house made our vacation visiting family amazing!

• Quiet neighborhood and amazing view!

  This house wasvery clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is super quiet and the view is breathtaking! This is a great place to get away and just relax! We enjoyed spending time on the back patio, swimming in the pool, watching sunsets, and fishing feom the dock!

• Beautiful view and quiet neighborhood - Great for R&R!

  We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time on the back patio, playing in the pool, enjoying the view, fishing from the dock, and just plain relaxing. The neighbor hood is very quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back!

• Some Good and Some Bad

  We really liked the location. Spent a lot of time in pool and boys fishing although only caught catfish! Saw dolphins and a stingray and a manatee and lots of fish. We had a few issues at first. Doug, the owner, was very responsive. We had two major issues:1. Although the house was pretty outdated we were okay with that because we liked the location. However, because of the price we were paying, over $3000 for the week, we would have expected a more organized house. This house had all kinds of random stuff in drawers and cabinets and closets. It just felt junky. The sheets were so thin, thought they were going to rip easily. Bedspread in master had a big hole in it. There was trash in trash cans when we arrived.2. Evolve was very unresponsive. We tried to add an extra day. Two months later we got a response. We asked about taking a dog and waited for a response regarding the fee. We got an email from Evolve on Tuesday after we arrived at the rental house. We will never rent through Evolve again.

• Great views, property needs a bit TLC

  Great location and beautiful views. Unfortunately the pool was filled with algae and we had to wait 2 days for the pool guy to show up, which didn’t help until his second visit. With only a 5 day stay we didn’t get to enjoy it, sadly that was the feature that brought us to this property. Bathrooms also needed additional cleaning before we were comfortable using them with significant amount of mold growing in showers and shower courtains. Overall a bit disappointed…3 of 5 stars

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the pool and the bathroom not being fully clean upon your arrival. We reached out to the pool guy as soon as you notified us of the issue and regrettably, it took a couple of days to get completed. We have since replaced the shower curtains in the bathroom. We go above and beyond for our guests and we do what we can to make the best possible stay!
