Small but effective
4/5 Perfect for the two of us Burton was not the greatest and needed a vent in the bathroom but other than that good . Water pressure was a little high.

Weekend stay
4/5 Clean, cozy. Well stocked for a weekend stay. Nice neighborhood near the water. Shower is very powerful. It could strip paint from a wall! Plenty of hot water there but I couldn’t get hot water at either sink. Overhead lights in the main room are overly bright. Only one is necessary but both come on. Bed side lights weren’t working. Had to request replacement.

Perfect Location & Exactly What I Needed!
5/5 I was traveling to Florida by myself, and just wanted a small place, near the water but convenient to Tampa and Pinellas County. This charming little studio was exactly what I was looking for! Better (and less expensive) than a hotel room, with a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a great bedroom with comfy bed and soft pillows. Plus, a little dining table for two. It was quiet, cozy, and clean. As a single traveler, I felt 100% safe. Definitely would stay here again!
