  Hot water heater broke twice. 1st one was installed poorly. Upon looking at house found black mold in bathrooms. The house needs alot of love. Electrical issues in every room.

  Regarding the hot water heater, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We pride ourselves on our prompt response, and as mentioned, our handyman was on-site within a few hours to address the issue. It's unfortunate to learn about the alleged tampering with the water heater. Such incidents not only cause inconvenience but also pose a safety risk. We have taken steps to ensure that the heater is now functioning correctly.
  
  Concerning the claim of black mold, I assure you that this was thoroughly investigated and no evidence of black mold was found in the property. We understand the seriousness of such concerns and regularly inspect our property to prevent such issues.
  
  In terms of the electrical issues, they were limited to broken plate covers, which have been rectified. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay.
  
  We regret to hear about the condition in which the floor mats were left after your stay. We always encourage our guests to treat the property with respect, as it helps us maintain a high standard of accommodation for everyone.
  
  Despite these issues, we opted to provide a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We are surprised to see this review, especially after the assurance of no negative feedback. However, we value all reviews as they help us to improve our services.

• Wonderful House

  We spent 12 nights in this lovely home and really enjoyed it. The house was convenient to Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, Tampa, parks, the Pinellas County trail, restaurants, grocery stores, cinemas, shopping centers, and so on. The house is nicely furnished with good quality furniture and is nicely decorated. It was very clean. It has a nice layout with a large open area that includes the kitchen, two dining areas, and a large living room/family room with a large screen TV. There's a sliding glass door from this large open room that opens into a large covered porch from which the pool and lanai are accessed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking long walks. It's a great house for hosting/entertaining family and friends. We will definitely be back!!!

  The house was roomy. There appeared to recent renovations but not the best quality. It was clean when we checked in. The check out instructions required us to do a lot of the pre clean work despite being charged a considerable cleaning fee. Communication with the owner?/contact person was concerning. We had an issue with access to the property (we were unfamiliar with the lock box) we arrived at 9:45pm. I texted the # given to us for contact and he did not answer till the next day. Luckily we were able to figure it out and didn't have to make alternate plans for the night. The location of the property was very good if you are looking for an area convenient to Dunedin

  - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest
  - I was asleep when you called, but rest assured that I responded to you as soon as possible and responded to all of your questions and concerns
  - I arranged for my handyman to come to the house to address some of your concerns, but you declined my offer
  I truly go above and beyond for my guests, and I am confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Family fun

  The house was clean and was a not as nice as pictures but still good. We loved the pool and it was a great location to lots of beaches. We had an issue that was disappointing but the owner was great. He dealt with it quickly and was accomodating. We had two families and my mom. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed our family getaway.
