5/5 Wonderful, clean, spacious house right by the water and the pinellas bike trail. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
An Alright Stay
3/5 Upon arrival the property was not ready. We arrived shortly after 4 as listed and it was in the process of being cleaned. We had to wait at least an hour before we was able to put our stuff inside and go to the beach. Had to wait for our keypads to be coded. Once we returned we noticed how (not so well) the place was cleaned. There was hairs still around the sinks and toilets. Floors not swept etc. The listing states it’s a newly renovated rental but things could definitely use fixing/repairs. (We had an incident of part of the porch caving in due to termite damage.)There is a view of the water but it’s private access only and more of just boat storage.

Our cleaner was present at the time of your arrival but you were not asked to wait. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. It was reported to us that your party was over the maximum occupancy. At the time of check-out, our cleaner discovered that a blanket was missing. It was later confirmed by you that you found it and will mail it back but we never received it. We were also disappointed to find that our deck was damaged as it was fine before your arrival. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
