  Overall rental home is nice, but AC broke down while we were there and repairs would have used up 3 of the 4 nights we rented.

  Overall the stay was amazing! The location was perfect and we were close to family which was lovely. There were only some minor cosmetic issues but the host was responsive and nothing that would make us not choose this location again. Kids loved the pool!! Thanks for a fun week!

• Completely misrepresented.

  Was not clean, stained furniture, no extra bed linens, 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, washing machine not working properly, very dark and dingy interior, pool not clean. Did not stay at the rental.

With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out so we can prove its validity and resolve any issue immediately. We are always available should guests need anything while in residence. We gladly would have sent the cleaning crew back to address any concerns right away
  -We detail all of the available amenities and features of the property in the listing.
  We do list complimentary toiletries as an amenity, we typically have enough supplies to accommodate the house occupancy. However, we would have been happy to provide you with more products but were not given the opportunity to
  -The cleaners went to inspect the property and were disappointed to find stains on the furniture, the cleaners take photos after each guest stay, and before a stay, and the home was guest-ready. We were disappointed to find the condition your group left the home
  -We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the washing machine not working. Nonetheless, we took immediate action and replaced it with a new one after your stay
  -We hope the generous measures taken to make things right helped make up for some of the inconvenience
  -Unfortunately, the style of the home didn't suit her preferences so you chose to leave and find a place that better fit your needs
  -Cleanliness is highly important to us. Rest assured the pool gets cleaned weekly
  We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation home and we're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

• Great location for Palm Beach Gardens

  This was perfect for my boss and I to stay while we were working at the Upledger Institute. Watching the moon rise from the porch was phenomenal. I just wish I had my dogs. They would have loved the backyard and all the squirrels.
