Perfect location for a baseball tournament
5/5 This home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a mid-week baseball tournament. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated being able to wash our son’s uniforms. We will definitely return the next time we are here.

Beautiful, well-appointed 2bd,2bath condo
5/5 This was my second stay at this particular condo in three months. I’ve been coming down to Florida for several months to help my Dad who has been ill. This condo is the perfect respite. Very clean, stocked with basics, working washer/dryer in unit (great for super efficient packers), very quiet neighborhood that is serene with nice walking paths. There is a Publix that is maybe a 4 minute drive, perfect for stocking up for your stay.
My only criticism is that when you arrive on-site you have to call the property manager for the entry code. This is less than ideal if, like me, you arrive late at night. The code should be sent via text or email either close to check-in or upon confirmation. Like I said, I’ve stayed here twice and had to call for the code both times.
The neighborhood is a big plus in addition to the unit being beautiful. On my other trips, I stayed in another condo in this complex and think the area is perfect.

Ideal rental in great location
5/5 The condo is accurately depicted in the photos. It was very clean, well-appointed and was perfect for me when I traveled to visit family. So much so that after staying for a few days in mid-May 2024, I have booked it again for a weekend in mid-June. The community is very nice, very safe and gated.
One minor issue: the lock box is awkward. I’d suggest either a digital, coded lock or a digital lock box since the existing lock box is clunky and difficult to see at night. That said, the condo itself is perfect.
