• Deceptive practices--Unheated pool and hot tub

  The only reason I chose this particular house was because it had a pool and a hot tub. The pool and hot tube are not heated. It is March, so even in Florida, it is not hot enough to heat a pool or a hot tub. Both pool and hot tub were unusable. I called the property manager and was told that heating the pool was not in the rental contract. The pool and hot tube were photographed and mentioned in the property description to attract renters. A renter would assume the pool and hot tube were usable. This is not true, therefore VRBO and the home owners are using deceptive practices to attract renters. I was charged more because of the pool and hot tub. As far as I'm concerned, I was lied to. VRBO and the owners are guilty of fraud.

• Great family home

  We loved our stay. Close to beaches and only an hour and 20 away from attractions. Family loved pool and deck. Place was clean and cozy.

  The house was comfortable and cozy. Very clean. The couch was very comfortable and we loved the pool. Perfect for our visit.

• Perfect place

  This was the perfect place for us to stay. Close to our Florida family members with enough room for them to hang-out and stay over if they wanted. Also, only .5 mile to walking/running trails and only a 10-12 minute drive to the beach. The house and pool area are beautiful. It is apparent that the owners are meticulous in caring for this property. We felt welcomed, and the house had everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, soaps, beach towels, blow-dryer, games, books). If it is available, we look forward to staying here again when we visit in the fall.
