Wonderful Pet Friendly Stay
5/5 My family and I enjoyed our stay in Tim & Patty's home. We had our dog Ebony, who also loved the big fenced in back yard to play in. Patty also communicated very clearly everything in emails when I reached out to her and was very friendly. The home was very welcoming and I was surprised to receive goodies when we arrived. Neighborhood was in a perfect location to beach, shopping, and quiet area. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for nice pet friendly place near the beach.

5/5 I cannot stress enough the graciousness of our host. I have never felt more welcome or more at home in a rental. Walk to beach, can feel the breeze in the fenced back yard. Plenty of space. We lived it!

Cozy home in the best neighborhood
5/5 We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful and next to the beach and restaurants. We ate at Crabby’s and we loved their cocktails, food, waterfront view and live music. We spent all the time at the beach, got to ride jetskis and even visited St. Augustine. Coming back to the house in the evening felt so great. The towels and linens smell so good. I’m very into details and I appreciated the body wash that smelled so good (had to order it for myself) and the welcoming basket Patty left for us. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy some bike rides. We had a wonderful, restful and relaxing time and still daydream about it. Thank you Patty, we had a delightful stay.

Perfect Beach getaway!!
5/5 Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay! Everything you could possibly need while on vacation was available at this lovely property. Close to everything!! The owner is so kind and easy going. Our trip was perfect!
