Nothing fancy but it serves the purpose
4/5 We were in Orlando to vacation at amusement parks. This home allows pets which was so nice for us. Because we were doing the parks, we did not spend a lot of time in the home. It was very nice to have the pool for the early mornings and late evenings. The pool itself is great; the landscaping around it needs some work. When we arrived the yard had not been mown but the next day a service came and took care of it. The inside of the house is fine although the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and there isnt much of it for a family of 5. With just a little bit of work on the inside and outside this place could be super nice. Having said that, because it is a rental house I suppose I understand why the owner might not want to invest too much in it. Overall, we are glad we stayed there and it was a good place for the needs we had on this vacation. The drive to Universal was not bad. I appreciated that the owner did leave more than the usual as far as necessities such as soap, toilet paper etc.

4/5 The house is very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The pool is just as it appears. It is an older pool, so a few tiles were missing, but it was very clean and clear. The landscaping surrounding the pool area does need some attention, but overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Spacious good location
2/5 With more maintenance this place would be very nice. Needs upgrades on cookware. Comfortable beds very uncomfortable living room furniture.
