Quiet Neighborhood / Relaxing Stay
4/5 The property is located in a quiet and older neighborhood in the Orange Park area. Inside of house is nicely remodeled with modern touches, but with a lot of older houses has its character. One thing to note is hot and cold are swapped on all faucets that we used. Eating table in the dining area is a bit small if you have a bigger group. The two of us are at the kitchen bar/island.
Backyard is very private with a high fence, pool and hot tub. Yard was in need of attention, but didn’t effect our stay. We didn’t get to use the pool because the previous tenants messed with the pool equipment and it was green when we got there. Property manager did what they could but the pool was not clean during our stay.
Easy drive to many places around Jacksonville and overall was a great and relaxing stay.

Great house and perfect for family!
5/5 We stayed as a family of 7, and the house was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and arcade game! Extremely clean and decor was very nice! Grocery store close by and minutes from the interstate to get you all over the Jacksonville area! Would definitely stay again!
