• Beautiful home

  Inside the home was spectacular, but we were a bit disappointed in the outdoor area. The john boat was available, but it wasn’t covered, so there was a bunch of muck in the bottom, prohibiting us from using it. The beach area could have been cleaned up a bit and the pool was pretty challenging to deal with (there was a creepy crawly that was plugged in the entire time, the hot tub was difficult to manage and didn’t go above 95 degrees and there was nothing prohibiting the constant bugs and foliage from getting in, so it had to be skimmed daily). The rocky pathways were a bit hard to deal with and I fell in a bush right after arriving. There were definitely some challenges with communication with Evolve (had to reach out and ask for the code, some misunderstanding regarding what was available to us and what wasn’t, etc.) the lake view was terrific and the enclosed patio were nice, the master bedroom was wonderful and the owner left a nice note and a thoughtful bread offering.

• Beautiful area and views

  The home was set up for the beautiful views. Every morning we were greeted with several varieties of birds along the shoreline.

  The house was very well stocked with towels and even some food supplies like coffee, creamer, and many condiments. The appliances were all very nice quality and fun to use. My husband and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

  The house inside was clean and bug free but the outside needed some more work, a simple power wash and window cleaning would help a lot. Some up grades with the porch furniture are needed. That being said we enjoyed being able to walk our dog safely around the neighbor hood and enjoyed using the pool and spa daily. We would come back for a return stay in the future.

• Serene Setting Close To All

  This home was lovely. It was expansive, with plenty of space for privacy. The home was completely stocked with everything you could need. It was very comfortable and had a lovely outside exterior Deck which looked over a small Lake. At certain times of the day you can expect to see many different species of birds…We really enjoyed being located on a Cul de Sac location with no through traffic which made for a very quiet environment. In the morning, you could look out from the glass doors of the living room and have a full water view. We felt very safe and comfortable amongst the other homes located nearby. This house is also just a 4 minute drive to the local Grocery store. We would definitely rent this home again. Susan L.

• Hope to stay again

  Beautiful home in quiet location. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Pet friendly and left us asking for nothing. Especially appreciated attention from the property manager with quick responses to any questions and the owners for providing ample supplies of necessities such as paper products and coffee supplies. May seem like small touches but we have not seen such thoughtful offerings in abundance before. Hope for the opportunity to stay again!
