Not so Opulent
2/5 No dishrags, no detergent, no clocks, no alarm clocks, no pens, no paper. I’ve stayed in so many VRBO’s and never have I had to supply things.Had to buy a lighter for the grill, had to buy toilet paper….bathrooms had 1 roll, 1.5 rolls if you were lucky. There were 11 of us for 5 days!Hot tub didn’t work and looks like it hasn’t worked for months. 3 lightbulbs changed out of 4 in a bathroom, water didn’t drain-standing in 5 inches of water in downstairs shower, couldn’t get into house which was brought to their attention by the cleaning crew per conversation with the host, lights are ridiculous-1/2 don’t work, dining chairs sketchy-need to be fixedDirty towels in both washers. I used my detergent to wash them, dishwasher full of half dirty dishes, chips under the coffee table. I paid over 500 for a cleaning fee to have a not clean house.Shades don’t work in master bathroom, chewed gum & hair tie on headboard, open bag of chips in closet, leftovers in outside fridge that were not oursNot impressed…..Asked for a small refund twice for the hot tub not working since this was the reason we chose this house, heard nothing….

Great stay!
4/5 We loved the house and property! We had 6 adults and 4 kids and more than enough space.
Kelly was wonderful and quick to respond if we needed anything.
House is beautiful but it is old so that does show, it does need some electrical work. Many of the light switches and outlets do not work but nothing that impacted our stay. Would recommend!

Historic Mansion
5/5 This lovely historic 1920’s home is elegant and spacious with a pool and a gym room. Beds and bath for all of us!
The location was a perfect fit for our family reunion.
The property manager was attentive and answered all questions in a timely manner!

Perfect place for making memories!
5/5 We rented this property for a gathering of multiple families and generations during a wedding. Everything is as pictured! This property provides privacy and get away spaces as well as gathering space. Every person in the group was impressed. Kelly was an excellent manager and very responsive to every need! We would definitely consider renting this space again!
