Northerners South Bound
5/5 Very nice place to stay at. Clean house, direct communication with the renters, quiet neighborhood. A pool would have been a plus but not a deterrent. Located near a number of golf courses and easy access to other activities such as hiking, The Villages, nice restaurants and not too far from the ocean. Felt right at home.

Excellent Value
4/5 Don't let the rather modest rental fee fool you. This cozy little place is excellent value for money. It was very clean and comfortable with adequate areas for relaxation. Things to note: The appliances are old, but work well. The kitchen could use some restocking with dishes and pots/pans etc. There were some issues I brought up with the owners, which I hope would be quickly addressed like the non-working garbage disposal. BTW the owners are easily contactable and respond very quickly to any enquiry. Also note there's only one TV, so everyone will have to watch the same programming. Despite these issues, my family enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay there again.

5/5 I had no problems staying on the property. Neighborhood was very quiet. I had excellent property managers. I have no problems renting the property again.
