4/5 The house had lots of space for everyone to spread out and the location was perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we had a tv in every room. The kitchen doesnt have a ton of cooking stuff so bring what you need if you plan to cook in. The house is comfortable but dated. The pillows were stained and didnt have protectors on them. We had to have the pool guy and cleaners come the day we arrived...i dont think the house was ready for us and needed to be cleaned. We would stay again bc of location and pool.
