1/5 The house is infested with cockroaches and Black mold everywhere. All four guest had reactions to the mold. The outside of the house is covered with mold. The back porch had 25 dead cockroaches and the floor was covered in black silt, probably mold. There were rat traps all around the front of house. The outside trash can was half full when we arrived. VRBO should take this property off their site.

Thank you for choosing us to be your host. We're sorry your visit fell short of your expectations.
- We spoke to the property manager who went to the home today and found no mold to be inside the home. Florida has been hit with aggressive weather lately and it is hurricane season. This has caused damage and critters to come about.
- We have pest control coming back out to the property, as we have them come and spray the home frequently, however, we can assure you that there are no live roaches and only dead ones thanks to the extreme weather! This is unfortunately out of our control, as the weather brings them out. We usually have the housekeeper and lawn maintenance deal with that when they come to service the property, however, we will have someone come out to pressure wash the exterior.
- The trash is picked up is 2 times per week, however, with the weather, they have been coming only once a week. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. If the last people that were there missed the trash day then there would be a build-up. We apologize for this and will correct this moving forward.

5/5 We had a long drive to get to Ocala and did not arrive until the late evening. The property owner was so thoughtful and had bought coffee and creamer for me so that I would not have to stop at the grocery store the night we arrived. She checked in with me during our stay to make sure everything was good and offered suggestions of places to visit. The house was adorable and clean. We only slept in the king bedroom, but the bed was very comfortable. The property was near grocery stores and restaurants and felt very safe even though it is on a slightly busy road. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
