    When we arrived the pool had some garbage, debris and a random pair of shoes. Spoke with the manager and the pool cleaner was at the house the next day. There was a broken tiara on the dining room chair and one of the bathrooms towel rack was hanging from the wall. The bedroom to the right of the bathroom light/fan fixture was not working be the remote control was missing and the outlet on the wall did not work. The other bedroom on the left of the bathroom had a tv but there was no connection/service. There was only a HDMI cord attached to the television. I have stayed in rental houses before and there was always a binder with necessary information such as wifi name and password. I would highly recommend having a welcome binder along with some toiletries (toliet paper/paper towels) to hold off customers until they are able to go to the store (other rental houses have that as well). The propane tank for the grill was not properly hooked up. There is a cleaning charge on Vrbo but I do not think that the house was thoroughly cleaned before our visit.

    -We apologize for the initial condition of the pool. According to our pool technician, the pool was clean, but he promptly addressed the issue and ensured it was cleaned the next day. The shoes were likely left by previous guests, and we will ensure better checks in the future.
    -We apologize for the broken tiara on the dining room chair and the towel rack hanging from the wall. We will address these maintenance issues immediately to prevent future occurrences.
    -We regret that the remote control for the bedroom fan was missing and that the wall outlet was not working. We will replace the remote and repair the outlet promptly.
    -The TV in the bedroom on the left of the bathroom is functional but intended for gaming purposes only, with an HDMI cord provided. The other two TVs are fully operational.
    -We appreciate your suggestion for a welcome binder with essential information such as WiFi name and password, and basic toiletries. We will implement this to enhance our guests' experience.
    -We regret that the propane tank for the grill was not properly hooked up. We will ensure that future guests do not encounter this issue.
    -We are sorry to hear that the house did not meet your expectations for cleanliness. We take cleanliness seriously and will address this with our cleaning team to ensure higher standards are met.

    Upon arrival I was surprised that property looked exactly as in photos, it was beautiful and modern. When I started walking around to do my usual cleaning and inspection there was some very gross hair all over the bathrooms and urine stains, the couch had what looked like dust or debris all over it, it was gross. We sent pictures to property manager who was very sweet and apologized and stated that this was a first. There were roaches as well and not the water kind the tiny nasty ones. Overall everything else was good. This property is somewhere I would’ve stayed again but the bathroom situation grossed me out. My husband had to clean it because if I had to we would not have stayed. Thank you again Yuri for addressing our concerns.
