4/5 For the most part everything was ok. Nice area for doing many things.
My issues for the actual condo would be....
1. No beach umbrella as stated in the condo amenities.
2. Tub wouldn't drain. Standing in water immediately.
3. No remote for the bedroom light and fan, so we couldn't turn it on. Only one bedside lamp worked.
5/5 Nice property, great location, a/c issues but worked with manager & owners to resolve (great servicemen came to fix it).

Not motorcycle friendly
4/5 Booked the apartment to bring my son for his 19th birthday. I called to make sure that we could bring our Groms (minimotos) to ride and have fun. Even sent pics of them and trailer. They said we would have to store the trailer at a storage site because trailers weren't allowed in parking deck which was no problem. We arrived at gate with bikes and trailer in tow and the security guard told us we could not ride the bikes on the property. I asked could we just ride them out from parking deck and he said we could trailer them out and that ride but no motorcycles were allowed on resort. I drove in to unload our stuff and then take trailer and bikes to storage and was rudely approached at parking gate from a man that yelled, "you can't leave that trailer parked on the property!" I replied I know I'm just unloading our bags.
I called the property manager and let her know the issue bc I was upset that we weren't going to be able to ride and enjoy our bikes now and this is the reason I called ahead of time to make sure or I wouldn't have brought them, I would have just brought our bicycles instead. I had to buy locks to lock them up and pay storage for 5 days costing me $160 extra not to mention the extra gas to pull them for 4 hours to not get to enjoy them. This needs to be stated in policies and managers and owners should be aware of the rules when asked by the guests at booking. I could not have imagined if we had rode bikes all the way and then get told we couldn't ride them on the property and it being the only transportation we had plus booking was nonrefundable.
We found out that Destin is not motorcycle friendly at all when we finally rode them one night down scenic 98. So if you ride I would suggest staying in PCB not Destin.
The apartment was everything described and Flavia the manager was very nice and went out of her way to make things right. The view from balcony faces the parking lot so not much of a view. The sofa bed was very hard to fold back in with mattress. But was clean and had everything you needed. Maybe a little overpriced due to all the fees.
Place was great and was so nice to be close to Baytowne village
