Good but not very good
3/5 The laundry office was locked by password .I tried to connect with the admissions to ask about the password. But with no response.
The Jacuzzi was impaired from the second day.
The big comment that was no response to our requests..

- Regarding the laundry office, it's secured for guest safety and supply protection. We're sorry you had trouble reaching us, though our team was available, and my husband on-site could have helped.
- Regarding the Jacuzzi, it was in perfect working order upon your arrival. We understand that you encountered difficulties during your stay, and we would have been delighted to resolve any issues had we known about them.
- About the lack of response to your requests, we happened to encounter significant damages during your stay, including bathroom and floor damage, broken shower handles, a missing/damaged sculpture, and scratched pots and pans, which require a special cleaning crew.
- We understand if your stay didn't meet your expectations and apologize for any inconvenience. It's important for us to address the damages and provide a clear understanding to all guests.
