  I am so happy with my decision to stay with my family here for my graduation weekend!! It was nice and spacious. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed and when I had questions the hosts were very prompt in responding. Definitely recommend this place!

  The home was very clean and had more than enough space for our entire group. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely return. Thx!

  Positives: Pictures of the house don't lie. It's beautiful inside, especially at first glance. It's spacious with a big open middle and what appeared to be a safe neighborhood. Master bedroom was beautiful with a comfortable bed. Kitchen was nice overall. We spent several days by the pool with plenty of lounge chairs for our group of 6. The couch spaces and dining table were comfortable and suited our needs.

  Negatives: The house is marketed as 5 bedrooms but 3 of 5 don't have closets. It appeared that one of the 5 was converted from what used to be a garage so it was a bit odd. We stayed in the master bedroom. It was nice overall with a very spacious private bath. The bathroom door, (a barn door style), was broken. The track was sagging so the only way to pull it shut was to swing it outward. The shower was nice and the water pressure good but the double sinks had very low water pressure. When turning the knob to hot water position it barely trickled. There were 2 lights above the vanity with no separate on/off switch and only the left one came on very randomly. Without these lights functioning, it made it difficult to see especially to apply makeup.

  Our friends were in the 2 queen bed front facing bedroom. There was a large throw carpet between the beds. Underneath the carpet the wood laminate floor is severely damaged making it a tripping hazard. There also appears to have been water damage in this room and the bedroom between this room and the master whereby the floor was uneven and bulging along the walls.

  The kitchen was pretty well appointed. We found plenty of dishes and pans, however the dishwasher is in need of repair. The bottom tray was inoperable because the inside frame was bent which prevented the tray from being able to slide out. The kitchen could use a cutting board and blender/food processor to make frozen drinks. Other than those things we enjoyed the kitchen.

  We spent a lot of time outside at the pool. The space had 6 mesh lounge chairs. There was 1 wooden lounger which was broken that should just be tossed as it's a pinching hazard. We would have liked to have seen a dining table outside. We found it odd that there was no dining space to enjoy coffee in the a.m or eat outside unless sitting on lounge chairs.

  Overall this was a nice house. I point out the above in case they are a deal breaker for anyone. With some TLC and fixes on the above items this house rating would go from good to great!
