5/5 This house was perfect for our group of 8 (6 adults, 2 children). The location made it easy to travel anywhere you wanted. The pool was great for our group, the canal behind the house added some excitement with fishing and wildlife. The house had fishing poles, a beach wagon, pool and beach toys, beach towels, and coolers. Everything you would need but can’t bring if you are flying in. Perfect location to see space launches, there were 2 while we were there. The listing does say it has a spa but it didn’t work, but who really needs that anyway? Overall would recommend this location.

Perfect location
5/5 This house on Merritt Island was perfect for two families of 4. We had plenty of space to spread out and not feel crowded. 4 teens/pre-teens need lots of space. Kids especially loved the welcome basket of goodies!! Our host checked in on us through our stay and also gave recommendations on where to watch fireworks for 4th of July.
The kitchen was perfect to make breakfast and dinner. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking. Even though we packed our own there were also some spices/oils to use for cooking. Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent were provided. Very nice touch to have complimentary toiletries available.
The pool was the perfect to come home to after baseball games each day. Pool water was a little warm but to be expected in July. It was still refreshing! The mosquitoes and no see um’s were not in our favor. They loved our skin!! After a quick text about the outdoor mosquito sprayer that was out of fluid our host brought us some bug spray.
Location is perfect!! Ron John surf shop and the beach were a 15 min drive. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery were within a 10 min drive.
Wild life from the back patio and pool is great. Fish jumping, birds singing and kids having fun was wonderful! We did get the pleasure of having a dolphin visit us on our last night.
Thank you again for a hospitable experience. If ever back in the Space Coast area we will be back!
Great place to stay
5/5 Altho located in an older looking neighborhood, this home inside is updated and was perfect for our 3 families. The layout is great: big living/kitchen area, well-done decorating, great pool area, nice small porch off the pool, and a back room space with its own couch/chair area as well as a desk and chair (which our working son used).
We found the house really clean and nicely stocked with things not usually available: dish and dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc.
Very conveniently located to nearby areas.
Our family agreed that we would re-book this home in the future.
