Great location, not very clean though
3/5 The house layout is nice, beds were comfortable, but overall this home is needing some TLC. Kitchen faucet was mismatched parts so water sprayed out of it in all directions. ** Big issue with the cleanliness as bathroom floors were very dirty. Roach found in dishwasher and other baby roaches in bathrooms. I have pictures. Very sparsely equipped in kitchen. You could feel dirt and dust on all counters, refrigerator was not cleaned well either, bits of dried food on shelves. Back grill needs to be thrown out, they left a cheap dirty charcoal grill in its place? Maybe they didn't expect any use of it. Patio furniture was very sparse too for a rental place sitting on water view. I know they only listed one TV, so this was disclosed but really think there should be some in bedrooms as this is a home to accommodate families. Why wouldn't you have more? There were numerous light bulbs just missing from sockets, so lighting fixtures were not fully functional.

5/5 Everything was just great. The only surprise was the small bathroom for master bedroom. Since there was a 2nd bathroom no problem

Nice and clean.
5/5 The house was nice and very clean. The hot tub had no water in it. And we didn’t use the dishwasher because there was standing water in it. We would most definitely stay at the house again.
