Loved everything!
5/5 This house literally has everything you need to feel right at home! The owners have thought of every extra and convenience you could ask for! The pool was clean, cool and refreshing and the golf cart is must to take all of your stuff to the beach very quickly! The shed is packed full of every beach need and we didn't need to get anything else. The street is quiet and convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Your family will love it!
Peaceful and relaxing
5/5 The location is a quiet neighborhood and it was very relaxing to sit outside in the screened in area in the afternoon/evening with an occasional swim in the pool or a walk to the beach.

5/5 It's a very peaceful neighborhood and very relaxing to sit in the screened-in patio in the afternoon or to take a swim in the pool or the beach now and again. I really think the owner has a great sense of what a "beach home" should be.

5/5 If you’re looking to rent a property in Melbourne Beach, book this place now! My husband, myself and another couple stayed here for the week and could not have asked for a better vacation rental. The kitchen is nicely equipped and had everything we needed/wanted. The pool house was a wonderful space to have as an extra bedroom/bath! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. It was so nice having our own private pool area. Property is conveniently located near beach and town. Owner has golf cart available to rent, which I would highly recommend as well. You’re able to use golf cart to get to beach, shopping, grocery store, etc. Owners responded to questions quickly and have a nice binder in the home with instructions for items in the home as well as info about local favorites. Cannot say enough what a pleasant experience we had. We will definitely be renting this place again and taking our entire family! Don’t hesitate…. Book this property!
