• Perfect for Families!

  This place is prefect for a quiet trip (very private/very few people) to the beach. My sister and I took our 5 kids (ages 9-19) to the beach and had an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked & the kids room was a great spot for the teen girls to hang out in and get ready. We loved that the kids could go to and from the house safely as the deck steps were 20 feet from my beach chair.

  The photos don’t do it justice. It’s as good as pictured. The furniture was in good shape and beds were comfortable. Having a couple of beach toys and several towels saved us from packing them.

  This house truly sleeps 10 comfortably. The 4 teen girls had a full/queen bed to themselves while we took the king bedrooms. The youngest stayed in the room with his mom.

  The only issues we had were the door code didn’t work when we first arrived and we needed more towels than were available just for the 7 of us to shower (we were fine with washing them but needed enough for each of us to shower). Both were quickly resolved and we had a great stay.

  Suggestions:

  1. Beach chairs and additional deck furniture. Most of the chairs are cracking/broken.

  2. Advertise the Murphy bed. We didn’t see it in photos and one of the girls happened to notice the gap in the cabinet and pulled it down to use.

  3. More towels for check in.

  I would highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay again.

  Positives- Location was great. The view was beautiful. Can't get much closer to the ocean. We had a lot of fun.

  Negatives- Not enough toilet paper, paper towels , or garbage bags for our 5 day stay. The smart televisions won't hook up to the internet, so no TV watching. Some of the windows and sliding glass doors do not open very easily. Be careful on the deck if barefoot, most of the nails are sticking up out of the wood.

  The view was amazing. Plenty of room for our family. Could use some updating in certain areas. Had a couple issues and they were rectified to the best of their ability.

• Great beach stay away from all the crowds

  We loved our stay in Melbourne. The house was perfect for our family to enjoy some peaceful beach time. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Living room area was comfortable and was the favorite place to hang out. The only thing the house was missing was a few beach toys (stand up paddle board would have been awesome). We got a few things at the Publix near by so hopefully future guest can use them. Make sure you stay up to watch the turtles at night.

• What a view!

  We really enjoyed staying in this beautifully located house. It easily accomodated the nine of us.

  Watching sea turtles and dolphins from your living room and waking up to the crashing waves of the Atlantic ocean is truly a once in a lifetime experience!
