8+ miles from a beach.
Pool is nice and easily accessible with tennis courts available
Accessible water on bay but no dock entrance we did not swim there but a couple and their dog did - not easily accessible and had to walk through another townhouse yard - can see the ocean side dunes from the yard
PLAN to DRIVE to the beach
Fair assortment of cooking utensils not for large amounts of people though and apt washer/dryer. Tv in each bedroom. Beds not comfortable and smaller bed eats pillows

Very clean inside condo, close to beach
4/5 Pros- clean, easy to access, plenty of needed supplies in the condo, Kuerig and kcups, smells clean, very nice big tv, lighted entry, AC works great, pool area is fine, parking is great and in front of door entry, great price for stay, near the beach, drivable to beach within 15 minutes, great host and easy and clear checkin instructions
Cons- outside needs cleanup, no curb appeal in this condo area, no lamps downstairs only ceiling lights, beds are lacking comfort, no rug inside front door to wipe your beach sandy feet, had to email about WiFi access since I couldn’t locate info anywhere, but host quickly responded with details, condo is somewhat humid but I think that’s normal fir this area
