• Spring Break Stay

  The house was everything we hoped for and more! We spent most of our time at the house out by the pool. The pool was a perfect 88 degrees, although the very attentive managers offered to change if needed. Some of us fished off the deck out back, the bags game was highly used, and the kids enjoyed the mini golf space. We swam every night and made use of the outdoor televisions and seating areas.

  The house is immaculate, beautiful and very well cared for. The beds were very comfortable. The ice makers on each level were much appreciated, and having the whole house filtration system was much more convenient than buying bottled water. Washers and dryers on each level was so convenient. Plenty of beach towels was a plus!

  The bikes were a hit with the older kids and the elevator in the garage to get your luggage to the 2nd floor was greatly appreciated!

  We would stay here again and thank you for the coffee and treats from the local coffee shop!

  Can't wait to go back!

  This incredible home, with a waterfall, heated pool and hot tub right out the door was spectacular! I couldn't believe we were staying there! Plenty of room for everyone to gather in the greatroom and dining area. Huge very functional kitchen, made cooking easy and fun! But, bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away!

  There is a grilling area outside by the hot tub, pool and eating/sitting area. You could live out on the patio area! Plus, a putting green! Cool!

  Master suite is on the main floor. Four other suites upstairs, plus a gathering area, and coffee area! We all had deck access and a nice view! Total privacy when we wanted it! Each suite had an awesome bathroom, TV, closet area! Two other big things we loved, the most comfortable beds, and no sound transfer from others! Oh, and an elevator!

  We had 3 couples on our trip, but there are 5 suites and lots of areas to gather, and get away! Family reunions, friends getaways, larger groups all work great! Multiple families with kids. Perfect for extended family stays!

  This is a great getaway place for everyone! We will be going back!!

• Perfect Paradise!

  We had 6 people ranging in ages from 26 to 79. We have rented a lot of homes over a 20 year period and this home ranks #1 on our list. The communication with the rental company was exceptional. They reached out to me ahead of time, establishing a contact, instructions for check in and asking preferences on the type of coffee we preferred. Upon arrival, we were greeted with pastries, coffee and a walk through to explain all the details of the home. It was exceptionally clean, with amenities galore. The attention to detail and quality of materials used in the home were amazing. We had access to pool floats, corn hole, putters, fishing equipment, bikes and beach necessities. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies for us to eat there every meal of the day. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the heated pool and hot tub. The bedrooms were spacious and private. All rooms had beautiful views, immaculate bathrooms and VERY comfortable king beds and pillows. We saw sting rays and dolphins right off the back deck! We can’t say enough good things about the owner and rental company. We’d love to return again! Highly recommended.

• Amazing Winter Vacation

  What a beautiful home, there were 3 couples. The home is amazingly decorated and roomy. There is an elevator to assist with taking luggage to the top floor where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located. We used the coffee bar upstairs each day and set on the deck enjoying the fantastic view of the water while drinking our coffee. The outdoor portion of the home is as fantastic as the indoor, it features a hot tub which we spent plenty of time in and an infinity pool, outside kitchen, several seating areas, a putting green, corn hole game and a firepit to enjoy a drink at while watching the sunset. This property was more than we could have expected, and we all enjoyed it so much that we will be returning. The property is also in a great location and easy to get to. For anyone wanting an unforgettable vacation stay in south Florida this is the property to stay at.

• Absolute Paradise at Trent Celebration!

  We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Trent Celebration in every way! Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh pastries and fresh ground coffee from a local coffee shop we brewed during our stay! Such a special personal touch! We felt very welcome and right at home! Wade, from the Evolve Management Team was so helpful! He met us on arrival to provide an informative walk through of the property. He also gave us a list of wonderful restaurants that we very much enjoyed!

  With 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms ~ there is plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy as well as wonderful social areas to enjoy each other’s company inside and out! This is a 2 story home and the elevator from the garage to the upper floor makes it so easy to get everyone’s luggage to their rooms!

  The location of this luxury home is perfect! It is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the beach! It was so convenient to walk to Tigertail beach and not worry about parking! And there are bicycles to use if you don't want to walk! They also provide use of their beach chairs, beach buggies and umbrellas!

  We enjoyed the property so much ~ there were days we didn't even leave! The infinity pool was heated and very comfortable! They provide pool toys, noodles and floats and nice large beach towels! The hot tub was perfect for the evenings and sunset views or watching a movie on the Smart TV! There is a full bathroom with outside access from the pool/hot tub area ~ so convenient! The putting green and cornhole were great activities to enjoy! And the large patio was our favorite place to have lunch!

  This house has everything you would possibly need/want for an amazing vacation! They have literally thought of everything! The stunning modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals ~ beautiful dishware, flatware, storage containers and the coffee station was wonderful!

  Although we did not use the laundry facilities ~ we were impressed with multiple units available upstairs as well as on the main floor ~ this would be so handy for guests with a longer stay.

  The Sonos app for the sound system throughout the house was so nice! We could control the music from any area of the house conveniently from our phone! There was no detail left out when they designed this house! Every amenity you need to make a truly wonderful vacation has been thought of! I just can't say enough about how amazing our time was at this property!
