  This unit was spacious and had plenty of beds for our large group of 7. It was clean and had lots of good kitchen appliances so we could make a few dinners in. The pool was great and the unit is right on the beach, with shopping and restaurants very closeby. It is on the 1st floor and sometimes at night we could hear people going to/from the beach, but most of the time the guests were quiet enough that we didnt. It was a wonderful holiday and we look forward to visiting again!

  The condo was dirty when we arrived

  AC filter was disgusting

  Counters were gritty and sticky

  Broom shoved in the corner full of hair iver a pile of dirt

  1/2 a roll of TP in each bathroom

  Shower was dirty in the corners and on marble sills( inside and out)

  Couches had leftover food, crumbs, puzzles pieces under all cushions

  Dryer vent stuffed with lint

  Kitchen appliances greasy and drawers full of crumbs and dirt

  We cleaned it ourselves and know for sure we left it in excellent condition

  Puzzle pieces, candy wrappers under trundle bed

  Fans dirty and dusty

  Needs a thorough top to bottom scrub

  Pool was green and continuously being repaired

  Floors needed vacuuming and mopping Vacuum left there was full of hair and the beater bar could not even roll-

  I had to take it apart to make it work efficiently

  Now - location was amazing

  Beds comfy

  Sad for owner who is paying and depending on the management company to do their job as she lives far away

  The manager of the property was rude and disrespectful when called Relationship

  Stated she didn’t know why things were the way they were and she’s never had trouble before. We were told by an owner who lives in the building that the cleaning crew is in and out at the snap of the finger. That’s probably because they don’t do much of anything.

  -We apologize if the cleanliness did not meet your standards. We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers.
  -As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
  -We’re sorry if the interaction with our property manager came across as anything less than welcoming. Our goal is to provide every guest with a 5-star experience.
