5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Kima.Jo Jo helped us with any needs we had as our host.The beach view was breathtaking and very convenient.The condo was well equipped with whatever we needed and clean.

Great location, super beach
5/5 We enjoyed our stay, beach and location were ideal for our low-key winter get-away. The weather was perfect! We were close to all we opted to do during our stay.
The unit was quiet, and worked well for 3 adults. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and toys.
Jojo promptly responded to all our texts.

Location!
4/5 Location is a 5 for sure! It’s beautiful and right on the water. Close to a public beach so it can get busy during holiday. Was not a big deal for us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. The furnishings are nice with good seating for our family of four.
The less than 5 are a few things. The building complex is clean but needs repair. The key pad to the lobby worked sometimes but the buttons get stuck. The codes for the stairs are in the book and that’s what we used. The unit needs new pillows of higher quality, new bath towels, and we saw a few bugs during our stay. The showers are in need of a deep clean. The rest of the unit is clean.
As others mentioned, the host texted back promptly and was very responsive.

5/5 We really enjoyed our stay! It was really nice to have the beach chairs and towels. The view was beautiful and so nice to be right on the beach! Will definitely recommend to others! Would love to return sometime!
