Beautiful View and Great Communication
5/5 Jojo was amazing. Any time we had a question, she would text back right away. This was probably our most pleasant experience with a property manager.

Property not ready
2/5 Our two week stay at the Kima property was unacceptable. The constant construction work led to the following conditions:
Noise - constant work using chain saws, cranes and paint gun generators made sleeping in the 2nd bedroom impossible. Even sleeping on the couch and master bedroom was only possible with ear plugs.
The pool was closed for a bulk of the time and there were no chairs by the pool when it was open.
The balcony couldn't be used for 1 week due to painting. During that time, the painters came and went through the condo whenever they pleased, making rest and relaxation difficult and privacy non-existent.
The parking lot was closed for @ 1 week so we had to park across busy Gulf Bvld. in a hotel lot. That lot would fill up quickly so we were unable to have guests.
The water was turned off for 1 day due to one of the construction workers hitting the sprinkler line.
There was no grill or any outdoor furniture.
We couldn't have visitors due to all of these conditions which necessitated us going out to eat vs. entertaining them at the condo, which we like to normally do.
The interior of the property was comfortable but even without the construction work, the 2nd bedroom is noisy due to the elevator, trash and electrical closet being right outside the window.
The property should not have been rented until it was ready and definitely not at full price since the amenities listed were not available.

4/5 we had a great time, and everyone was very helpful even when they were working around the condo.

5/5 Not a good stay
1/5 Not a good stay. The floor had not been cleaned. The freezer was broken, the dryer was broken. The work they were doing on the outside created so much dust that you couldn’t breathe or enjoy the balcony. We both got sick & had to leave days early & we think it was because of the dust.
