GREAT LOCATION & GREAT STAY
5/5 My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect!! The pool was right outside our back door and the private beach was just steps away. The condo was VERY clean, and the management staff was VERY responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!

Staff very good
But each unit is separately owned and the whole interiors need updated everything. Bathrooms kitchens
Decor nothing feels fresh.
Owners need to do updates for the prices.

Hi Beth, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- Thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the perfect beachfront location and the efforts of our staff. We value your input and want to address your concerns about the interior updates.
- Here is an overview of the recent improvements made to Silver Sands Unit 244, which we purchased in late 2021:
- The sofa bed and tables were replaced with new ones in January 2023.
The bedroom set was refurbished in April 2022, with all drawers and mirrors in very good condition. The mattresses are of the highest quality, 12 inches thick, ensuring comfort. The porch table and all four chairs were replaced with new ones in the last quarter of 2023, specifically in November. While there is currently nothing wrong with the dining room set, we plan to replace it during the slow season this year.
- For beach furniture, we use PVC due to the salt water, and inside, we primarily use wicker, which is currently in the bedroom.
- We strive to maintain and improve our property continuously and appreciate your feedback as it helps us ensure our guests have the best possible experience.

5/5 Clean comfortable rooms. It's a small operation, so it's easy to get from your car to the room. It's not busy or loud. Pool and beach access are super easy.
