4/5 Was beautiful, incredible beach. The colors of the water. Wow. We were lucky enough to see dolphins coming right up to the shore. Actually saw more that day then we did on our site seeing boat cruise. The room was true to the picture. Average but certainly good enough for where it was. Could use some upgrades. The grounds were immaculate. Would definitely consider on a return trip.

Awesome family getaway
5/5 We had a wonderful time relaxing and playing on Longboat Key and the location and amenities at this villa were key to an exciting trip for our young family.

Good experience overall
4/5 We stayed in a unit with No beachfront view. Beach is just a 30 second walk away though. Property includes lawn chairs, beach towels, has plenty of sand toys for children so no need to rent these. Beach area is great. Unit was slightly smaller than we expected but not a big deal. Our only dissatisfaction really was the balcony was extremely dirty and the bed sheets did not fit properly. Overall I would come back to this property.

Longboat Key location with direct beach access--kudos to management
4/5 The condo is true to the photos, which is a nice unit without a gulf view, but well appointed. The absolute key here though is the management which went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay.
I'd recommend the owner consider some upgrades without eliminating the old Florida charm, including new mattresses, pillows and linens throughout. The tiny kitchen is perfectly adequate for short stays. And the living/dining area is great for two people. I'd also strongly recommend upgrading the WiFi for the complex. In 2024, there should be adequate internet to watch movies on a rainy day or catch up with work without buffering.
Great location though and really enjoyed the experience!
