Very nice property for spring break
5/5 Our family really enjoyed this property for spring break ! Very spacious , clean and accommodating. We really love the private pool. GPS wasn’t very friendly but we eventually couldn’t the property just right around the corner. Beach wasn’t as close as we had thought but didn’t ruin our time. Definitely high recommend this property

Ants
1/5 Property had ants coming in house we had to leave and get hotel. Asked for refund have heard nothing back.

-Ants are indeed a common occurrence in Florida due to the weather conditions, and we take proactive measures to control them. We treat the property regularly to prevent such situations, but unfortunately, they can still occur occasionally despite our efforts.
-We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience as we worked to address the issue. Upon receiving your complaint a day before the listed check-out, we immediately took steps to find a solution, including offering to send our cleaning crew to address any concerns. However, we understand that this may not have met your expectations.
-We regret that there was a miscommunication regarding reimbursement. After personally inspecting the property, we determined that reimbursement was not warranted based on the circumstances. We apologize if this decision was not communicated to you effectively by our concierge.
