• Nice, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Relaxing and peaceful. Loved the record player and 2 TVs.

  The home was rented to use for a long weekend during teen granddaughter's weekend dance show took place Fri to Sun at the nearby RP Funding center. It was an easy trip repeated multiple times each day. The home was filled most needs and was comfortable.

  Things to check on arrival would include the outside trash cans, whether full or empty. We did not discover that both recycle and regular trash cans were completely full until Sunday pm when starting cleanup for Monday departure. When calling management Mon morning regarding 2 full trash cans and being unable to put a mostly full kitchen bag into the can, I was told "that is impossible as the property has not been rented since early May". I was a little confused in not being believed and pushed further with details. Becoming upset, I further noted other things I found regarding the cleanliness of the property, which also were argued as not being possible due to the cleaning company "taking pictures" of their cleaning performance which had to be turned over. I truly felt as if I was being called a liar, but did have pictures of what I found as one item was disgusting and if seen by my husband, would have been reason to depart the property. So I recommend checking thoroughly around the outside and each and every room inside (including inside drawers) for anything unclean for which one may be blamed. I was told people make such claims in order to get a refund or discount on their stay. Funny, as the words refund and/or discount or any other similar word never came out of my mouth. I noted that what I relayed was FYI as I assumed they would want to know the condition of their property on my arrival. I hadn't planned to say anything except about the two full trash cans since I would be unable to place trash out without open access to animals, but when I was confronted with my words not possibly being truth, I relayed the other issues I found. There also are limited dishes (3 dinner/4 saucer) except for coffee mugs and glasses, but a set of 4 on the dining table are available, if washed first, as they are very dusty from decorative display. I would stay at this home again if not for the treatment by the management company. I did get a text after I forwarded pictures of the issues noted which stated they would be dealt with.

  Overall the property was well maintained, with a great location in Lakeland. There were a few items that were missing: hangers in closets, blankets and/or comforters on beds. There was some construction dust on the floors thru out the home.
