Lake Wales stylish waterfront home
2/5 This property is misrepresented on Evolve’s website. The kitchen, living room and one bedroom was nice. The rest was a disaster. All the cream carpet was black and stained. The first two stairs to the upstairs bedroom were subfloor no carpet and the rest of the stairs that had carpet was stained and gross. There were holes in the wood/walls, paint peeling everywhere, water damage on bathroom ceiling, no hot water in downstairs bathroom, well water smelled like rotten eggs, nail sticking out of lower dresser drawer, and so much more. Evolve acknowledged, by pictures I sent, there was an issue but said the owner of the property would only refund $67. Evolve said they were going to have a conversation with owner on the property. Evolve represents this property, put misleading pictures on the website and should of refunded more than $67. Do not rent from Evolve or rent that property!
