Good but not Great
3/5 The villa is located in a really nice, quiet, safe, gated complex close to Disney. The Villa was very clean on arrival. It has been recently partially refurbished but some of the bedroom furniture is worn and chipped. We had several issues when we checked in and depsite emailing and messaging the host via WhatsApp, and messaging Evolve, it took well over 24 hours for anyone to respond which is not acceptable. We have rented 30+ vacation properties in the past and this was by far the slowest responding to an issue. If you are used to AirBnB, then Evolve is not like that. Customer support is poor.
