• EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  The property was dirty from the moment we walked in, it was stuffy. Found leaves upon entry, which was not a big deal. Dead bug in bedroom and stained bedsheets was taking a bit further to walk out. The urine stain on toilet lead me to call property management to let her know I would not be staying. She explained it would be my choice as to make it right by sending cleaners over wouldn't be until next day. Property had been cleaned three days before our arrival. FYI: property should always be inspected before arriving guests day of arrival. I also let her know about the stuffyness in the property, my husband checked the a/c filter and it was FILTHY!!!! FILTHY!!! That thing clearly does NOT get changed. That is failure in cleaning team, property management (local), property management AND owner. How dare you charge over $200 for clean for incoming guest and not have a clean property for those incoming guests?!

  We enjoyed our stay despite a few issues. Plenty of space for our group of 2 adults & 2 teens! Super fun decor. The host really added those special touches with tons of amenities like coffee pods, tea, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. I was very impressed with all the little details, other places we've stayed barely give you one roll of toilet paper lol. We had a couple of issues like a mattress being in the kitchen area that took two days to be removed, it was because of bad weather but it would have been good to get a heads up on that. Also when maintenance moved it, they moved it outside to the patio so we couldn't enjoy eating breakfast out there the 2nd day. The most important issue was the sliding door wouldn't lock, this was a safety issue and it wasn't resolved by the time we left so we had to place a broom in the groove to prevent anyone potentially getting in. The toaster oven kept setting off the fire alarm even though we didn't burn anything, just starting the toaster set off the alarm. And unfortunately the little arcade game didn't work at all, one of the reasons I chose this unit because I knew we'd have a little down time and hoped to enjoy that but it never worked. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable, great location to Magic Kingdom (20 mins drive) and very close to restaurants etc. Giving 4 stars because of the issues, but Hayley our contact was very responsive and nice at least! And gave us later check-out. Thanks!!

  Its was the best i really enjoyed staying there. Loved the private pool and the gated community where the property is located. We will be staying again.
