    It was a very nice place to stay. Close to everything that we need to go to. Personal hot tub was a bonus. The complex was nice, pool side was a little sparse in lounge chairs and the sauna was out of order most of the time we were there. I gave this place a 4 star overall due to the bare amenities that I believe should be available. salt, extra toilet paper (only the rolls on the holders & those were half gone already, the owner did have sent over a packet), trash bags, paper towel, hand soap in dispensers should have been filled (one empty & one ran out after a few uses and if we are not to use glass in hot tub - plastic glasses would have been nice. It was a very nice place to stay, I just feel those little tings are nice to not have to deal with when on vacation.

    We do not plan to stay at any Evolve properties again. Property looks really nice in pictures but our experience was disappointing. My son cut his foot on tacks sticking out of the carpet on the stairs on the first day. The heating did not work. Heating was fixed but all that was done to fix the tacks that were sticking out is to vacuum the stairs...tacks continued to stick out and we asked our kids to wear shoes on the inside to prevent further injuries. Unit was also poorly stocked - one coffee packet for over a week and it was up to the renter to replace supplies in the unit such as toilet paper and paper towels (which is unlike hotels and most airbnb rentals that we've stayed at).

    Unit was also not cleaned too well - debris on the bathroom floor, sticky shampoo bottle outline from previous renters and hair in the shower. There was also trash from the previous renters in the bin when we checked in

    - The issues related to the heat and carpet on the stairs were addressed and corrected the same day by our property management team. It seemed that you were satisfied with the resolution at the time. If there were any lingering concerns, we would have been happy to return to resolve them immediately.
    - Our team looked into your feedback about the coffee and other stocked items and found the property well-stocked with all supplies. As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
    - We use a professional cleaning service to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival, and we appreciate you sharing your comments with us. Upon investigation, we found that the property was clean and ready for your arrival. It's worth noting that we haven't received any previous comments about cleanliness, as our cleaners consistently do a meticulous job.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

    The management team did a great job with supplies, decor and cleanliness. Only issue we had was the downstairs TV didn't work. Even after being told to reset it. So it was disappointing not able to watch football on the large TV.
