  Good location. The gate code doesn't work, the guard has to open the gate. You can't sit on the back patio, it's full of debris. The edges in the bathroom on the floor are dirty. The doors in the hall are damaged on the bottom. The gym doesn't open until 9am.

  - Entry to the property is managed through an electronic barcode, which is sent to guests before arrival. We personally sent this to you in advance.
  - The outdoor patio is regularly cleaned, but due to wind and nearby landscaping, some wood chips and debris can accumulate quickly.
  - The cleaning team confirmed the home was cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, but we will double-check with the team to ensure all details, including bathroom edges, meet expectations.
  - The hall doors are being evaluated for potential repairs or updates to ensure a more polished look for future guests.
  - The gym hours are determined by the building’s management and are outside of our control, but we're sorry that had a negative impact on your stay.

  Great condo. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Only issue was checkin at the front gate. Backs up and causes traffic issues.

  Positive: good location to groceries, shops, Disney. Nice condo with pool and other amenities. Kitchen has all appliances you might need, even an air fryer. Nice supply of coffee and tea. Spacious.

  Negative: TV in living room is not working. Contacted manager that told me that cables were stolen. There’s a second TV in one of the bedrooms that works just fine.

• Weekend getaway

  Communications is vital, having said that, our stay was not without issues but Michael our guest contact was very quick to respond and offer quick remedies. My Family and I truly enjoy staying at Storey Lake Resort and this stay was no exception. I have no hesitations renting from Evolve again.
