Great Place with minor issues
4/5 Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and the house is new and very modern. One negative is that the fire alarm kept beeping, and I had to reset it every night. I contacted the owner, who told me that there were new batteries. I would have felt better if someone had come and checked it out rather than just having me as the guest and reset it because clearly, something was wrong. I did contact the owner once about the issue, as our stay was only for four nights. There was also a leak in a bathroom that we did not use. Overall the property was great, and we would stay there again. It was in a great location, and my family and i were very comfortable and loved our living space.

Highly Recommended
5/5 Great place, with plenty of room for our family of 5, and could comfortably accommodate even larger families. Very close to Disney, Walmart, CVS, and a whole host of dining options. Property owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:
The Wi-Fi is Not in house Wi-Fi. It is not controlled or offered by the home owner. It is public Wi-Fi offered by the community (consider it like public Wi-Fi offered by a hotel) and they do NOT guarantee you will be able to connect. For part of our stay the wife was fine was able to pick up signal in most of the home and got around 8-18mb download speeds. After a few days we no longer was able to connect consistently and if we could it was very slow. We contacted owner and community and neither were able to solve issue. The owner had no control over it and community wasn’t able to guarantee signal. I feel the listing should have mentioned the Wi-Fi was public and not guaranteed as well as it was not being offered by owner but instead by community.
King bed might have been a king but it was def smaller than our king beds at home and extra firm
No access to pool or other community amenities. This was 100% listed in ad but it still was very disappointing
Conclusion: we stay in florida for a few weeks every year and always rent a home. So far this has been our fav place to stay
