  The resort was nice with a pool and basketball court and the location was good. The actual condo was wasn’t that clean.

  A few simple updates/repairs would make a world of difference.

• This property needs some attention

  This unit is basically OK, but there are a large number of smaller issues that make the unit's experience frustrating and dissatisfying. Here is our list to share with the management/ownership as follows:

  - No pool towels (blue/white stripe) in the laundry room as advised by other residents here. Thank you for providing additional standard bath towels temporarily for our stay. (P.S,.The standard blue/white towels never showed up during our two-week stay).

  - Master Suite bed top sheet smelled sweaty/sour. The top sheet was also not tucked in at the bottom, so it completely pulled out and got totally messed up overnight. Made for a poor, uncomfortable nights sleep. We had to completely remake the bed in the morning.

  - Kitchen trash bags are too small for the trash container. They drop down and pull their edges inside the container, then flop over, and stuff lands on the OUTSIDE of the bag. The trash container is broken and in poor condition.

  - The Knife block and knives therein were covered with tiny bugs on all the knife blades and in the block slots. You cleaned them all up, but no longer trust it to be "clean". We did not use it.

  - Coffee Maker works, but is missing a foot pad on the bottom, making it lean and work improperly. I shimmed it with a knife, temporarily.

  - Bath towels had some darker areas on them, appearing dirty, even if they weren't. They are probably stained.

  - The main floor bathroom deodorizer made the whole unit smell like a urinal.

  Owner's response: "Keith, We try our best to provide a great environment for all our guests, we listen to your feedback so that we can make improvements to attain the 5-star experiences we are accustomed to delivering.
  
  - We do not list pool towels as one of the amenities that is provided to our guests. We're sorry if you misunderstood and thought that they would be provided, we do not provide pool towels.
  - We take cleanliness very seriously and our cleaners do a terrific job, this could have been a mere oversight. We have not had any complaints about their work.
  - The trash container is not broken. Trash bags are one of those things that do not stay in place, this is something that happens if they are not secured. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  - We will have the cleaners look at the knife block and knives to ensure they are 100% clean and sanitized for all future guests.
  - The one missing foot pad does not make much of a difference in the way that the coffee pot stands or works. We will take a look at it.
  - All of the bath towels are cleaned after each guest, and you are correct they were not dirty but possibly had a stain. We do replace our towels when needed.
  - We use deodorizers to give a clean smell, we're not sure why you would describe it that way, we have not had any complaints about the odor of the deodorizers.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• Comfortable Stay

  House is very comfortable and spacious. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. The only downside is that you can not control the air conditioner and my suggestion is to update the regular TV's to a smart TV. I did not have to contact the host due to the fact that instructions were very cleared.

• GREAT PLACE

  The house is great, not too far from the many attractions, and super close to a Walmart and parkway! The last time I stayed here there were a few annoyances but this stay was amazing. The previous stay left water in the fridge which was super helpful as it is very hot. They removed the door alarm so just be careful when closing the door as the large lock does get caught in between keeping the door open ( we learned this the hard way). Overall the rooms were great and fully stocked with anything you can need.
