5/5 The location was within 10 minutes to Disney parks. Which help when the children after long hot days at each park. Also, within 5 miles of dining restaurants..

Suggestions
4/5 Not much in the way of basic supplies - garbage bags, kitchen dishcloths or towels, basic spices. Very sparse. Also maybe some lamps to change up the lighting. The van lighting is very bright and harsh.
