Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it was to be without hot water during your stay.
-The issue you encountered was due to power outages that affected the entire resort, which unfortunately was beyond our control. As soon as the resort's power was restored, the hot water was back up and running. Specifically, the power surge caused the breakers to be turned off, and a technician was present to turn them back on.
-We regret that this situation impacted your stay and will discuss the communication lapse with our property manager to ensure better responsiveness in the future.

5/5 The location was within 10 minutes to Disney parks. Which help when the children after long hot days at each park. Also, within 5 miles of dining restaurants..
