2/5 I purposely rented this home to use ALL four bedrooms. We were unable to use two. (One bed was toddler size beds-not twins. The queen room bed was beyond repair.) So my son and other people in our party had to sleep on couch and an air mattress I bought. We had to wear shoes the entire stay as the floors were dirty. There are no simple / essential items provided other than a roll of toilet paper and a trash bag. They ask you to launder some towels before you depart but provide no detergent. The pool area chairs are pretty junky and one of them is completely broken. I reached out to the owner / property manager about problems on the first day and nothing was done. So don’t waste your time. This is the first time I left a vacation home wishing I would’ve just booked a hotel stay.

5/5 The only problem was the 1st bedroom with the queen size bed the mattress was old and squeaky bed ,and the was a mould in the same bedroom closet.

5/5 We had a beautiful time at 612 S Eagle point rd , everything was what we are looking for , kids had much fun at pool area , the host Bruno is really nice . I would give 10 ⭐️ to our stay … definitely we will go back to our next trip to Orlando …
