• Ant house

  The house was infested with ants, even though they came to treat the problem. The toilet bowls were filthy and we had to scrub them. That was not on our vacation agenda. The place needs a good cleaning and paint job. One of the bunk beds were broken. Blinds were broke,the pool water stayed green versus blue, which is questionable. Overall I would not say this is not a five star stay, but could be if they tried harder.

• Beautiful house

  House was perfect and had all the basic amenities needed for a week long stay, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Everything was clean and comfortable, felt like being home. Pool was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed having the lake view behind the house. Lovely, quiet neighborhood and no problems at all. Close to stores and restaurants and only about a 20 min drive to the parks. Will absolutely look to book this home in the future!

  Was there for a soccer tournament, great location from disney. The pool was very relaxing and well needed with the temps so high.

  the area was ok and pretty close to everything but the listing itself needs some help. the fridge was not working and we did not know until later on in the night when we realized none of our stuff was cold. the bathrooms were gross and one had mildew all over the bottom of the shower curtain. the toilet seat broke off after the first use. we had ants in our groceries that were sitting on the chair at the kitchen table. there was black (maybe dirt) buildup all over the bottom of the master bathroom. the place overall was a nice size but might just need some updating and extra attention. the hosts were very easily to contact and allowed us to check in early though.

We informed you to not leave food out on the kitchen table as we are aware of the ant problem and are consistently exterminating to resolve the issue.

  It was good, but the refrigerator was not working well, and the cleaning was not good, there was a bad smell and there was a lack of washing product.
