Needs some items fixed
5/5 The location is exactly what we wanted. We enjoy Windsor Palms. I just wish a few of the items were fixed prior to our arrival. The blinds in the front and back of the townhouse, the kitchen stool because there was only one of them.

Not impressed
3/5 Icemaker and water on door did not work. There were no pool towels. When we arrived there were no cushions or tablecloth on the outdoor patio set. The upstairs looked like it hadn't been vacuum in years. Could not find a vacuum anywhere. Bathrooms were clean so that was a blessing. Kitchen floor needs to be cleaned deeply. Lots of cracks and dirt on the tile in the kitchen. Kitchen table was nice and so were the furnishings. Dust on all of the accessories especially in the bathrooms. Not what I would call very clean. Blinds were broken and hard to use. Door wall was broken and hard to open. Needs some updating. Pans were not great and hard to cook with. Not flat. Overall I would say this is a 3 star house. Won't stay here again.

Greg home and great location!
5/5 Pictures were very accurate. House was clean and well maintained. It was just the two of us staying so plenty of room. However the house could have easily fit 4 more. Bed in master bedroom was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. However could have used a couple of frying pans. We did have a problem with the tv. But not owners fault and was corrected in a fair amount of time. Also no big deal but the fan in livingroom did not work. Owner responded that he was unable to get it fixed as his service company was backed up because of COVID. While not always able to correct these minor issues- owner response was quick - always with in 24hrs. Overall great house!!! Would stay there again!!
Family vacation
5/5 My family of four stayed in this townhouse. We loved how clean it was when we arrived. The pool was a great addition since we have 2 children and they loved it. Very close proximity to Walmart, local restaurants, and Disney/Universal Studios. Overall, we would stay in this space again if it were available for our next trip!
