Everything was smooth, check in process was easy property manager responded on time for everything, security was very friendly including neighbors, I will be back next year💕

I read the reviews and they were mixed. The location and size if the house were terrific. It did not look like anyone cleaned. Just left 2 towels on each bed, that by the way smelled like cologne and ir perfume. The kitchen floor was sticky, the amount I’d dead squished bugs on the wall was atrocious! The dust on every piece of furniture. They steam cleaned the oven but failed to wipe it out, needless to say the smoke alarm went off.
We were over run with some weird grey bug and ants all over the pool area. The pool area was disgusting. Black mold everywhere. We did not want to sit on the cushions but we hosed them off and flipped them. There was black hair balls everywhere and a pile of toys in the corner that gave not been touched and had bugs a mold on them. The bed linens were not clean and did not even match. There was a bunch of things that were broken like the front glass door handle/rod thing on the bottom of door, hole in the wall, microwave was falling apart, oh bugs in the refrigerator. The house looked better when we left. I will not be back.

We havent seen my inlaws in years and we decided to all meet up here and enjoy the nearby attractions to catch up andmeet all the kids. It was beautiful and perfect size for our family. Kid friendly, and made our mini vacation a breeze.

Location of house was in a good area, like that it is gated. The house itself was really warm and the thermostat wouldn't go below around 72, thankfully we found fans in the closets. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was cut down the middle - need to replace. There wasn't any cleaning supplies available including dish soap only 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods, we had to purchase soap to wash our hands. There was also only one used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom therefore we had to go out and purchase toilet paper and trash bags as only one trash bag in the can. Overall think there needs to be some upgrades to ensure the stay is up to par. We spent a lot of money to have to spend more once we got there - never had to do this in any other Vrbo before. Also, need to consider putting split unit in the house to help cool it better, we stayed in Jan. I couldn't image staying when the weather actually does get hot.

-Regarding the A/C limit, we've implemented this restriction to prevent misuse and potential freezing of the unit. We're pleased to hear that the emergency portable fans provided were helpful when the A/C experienced difficulties. Rest assured, we will schedule a visit from our A/C technicians to thoroughly assess the issue. However, we rely on guests to report such issues promptly so we can address them in a timely manner.
-The replacement of the shower curtain liner has already been completed, although unfortunately after the subsequent guest's stay. It was challenging to detect the issue, particularly because it involved the curtain liner rather than the exterior curtain. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
In terms of amenities provided, we offer sample starter packs that include essential items such as dish soap, kitchen sponge, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Additional supplies beyond these samples are the responsibility of the guests to replenish.
-We want to emphasize that all reported issues can be swiftly resolved by our team. Whether it's replacing curtains, calling in technicians, or providing supplementary supplies, our local contact is always available to assist guests when issues arise.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay and look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.
House was great and everything we needed. However the first night we were there 2 cars were towed. The HOA of the neighborhood does not allow any parking on the streets at any time and will be towed. At night the security guard drives in front of the tow truck patrolling the neighborhood. Luckily our neighbor let us use his driveway for 2 of our cars. They do not allow more then 2 vehicles in the driveway.
