Definitely do not stay here
1/5 First major issue was a cockroach infestation in entire kitchen and surrounding eating area. While spraying 2 cans of raid I requested the owners get a professional to come and spray. I also suggested a poison that worked well. Also notified owner there were no beach towels and not enough bath towels. I got a response apologizing and said they would take care of it.
The owner DROPPED OFF the poison and some sticky traps. Definitely not my job to handle this issue...although in order to even use the kitchen in any way i had to take care of what i could. Because the roaches were in every cupboard it required washing a dish or pan to do so.
There were 5 of us and we were there attending an event that lasted 4 days all day and early evening and had no time to try and relocate all of us. otherwise, we definitely would have done that. It's terrible to feel put in that position.
I messaged the owner a few more times as there were well over 100 cockroaches spotted and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! We did end up leaving early because it was unbearable.
The photos are completely outdated so the actual unit is very worn and old. Esthetics and decor are odd and some items broken. Definitely needs updating, including all linens.
Property amenities (gym, sauna, and community area) are not available a good portion of the time, pool area is fine other than busy and the entire property in general needs so TLC.
I own a property management and cleaning company where we handle vacation rentals daily, so I have experience and would never allow one of our properties to be rented like this.
I informed the owner the property needed to have complete fumigation and then a deep clean before it should ever be rented again. Again NO RESPONSE!
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I believe I should have been paid for my time and refunded for the stay. Neither has occurred.

5/5 We had a very good experience. At check in (which was very late due to flight delay), I notice one of the toilet was leaking but it was fixed the next day with no further issues. Very good location for grocery shopping, restaurants, and Disney World
