Great place to relax
5/5 We recently stayed here while visiting our nieces and they just loved the pool, and having so much room to spread out. I will absolutely rent this place again next time we are back in town.

Perfect for family gathering!
5/5 Beautiful house, beautiful yard. We had extended family with a.bunch of kids, ages 1-16, and everyone was really happy. Kids in the pool can be watched from the shaded patio or from inside the house. The pool deck doesn't get slippery--very safe.
There was a problem with the upstairs AC during our stay, and the owner got someone over to fix it the same day, on Sunday afternoon. You can't ask for better than that! We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Family vacation
5/5 We loved the spacipus back yard and pool. There were plenty of sleeping options. Nice to have the upstairs loft sitting area for the teen guys to hang out. Closeness to many fun things to do: Amelia Island, St Augustine, Top Golf, shopping and groceries. Very fun 5 nights. Only suggestions would be a larger refrigerator, and cooler AC upstairs. Highly recommend for large family (ours) or several families together.

Fantastic House!!
5/5 We had 9 family members stay at the house for a graduation. The house was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of towels, soap, garbage bags, tp and etc. We spent the majority of the time on the covered back patio. We grilled out, played horse shoes and swam in the pool. It was also great for our dogs. We would stay here again! Thank you!
