  Our family of 11 came for a vacation and had a very enjoyable stay. The host, Peter, was great and very communicative. He offered multiple suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby. The house was very close to the beach and nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. There was 8 beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and an umbrella at the house. We were unable to use the umbrella as it was broken, however. Overall the house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. I will note that the cleaning crew should replace mattress pads as there was urine and blood stains on them in some of the rooms. Also, handsoap containers were filled with water instead of being replaced, so we ended up buying our own soap. If you like sleeping with a fan, I recommend bringing your own as there are no ceiling fans and the ones provided do not work very well. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely return.

• Just what we needed!

  We were in town for a funeral, and this beach house is just what we needed. Communication with the host was great, location was great, and house was lovely.

• Great family experience

  This experience is a must. It is in a quite neighborhood which was perfect for our family. Everything we possibly needed, was provided. There are plenty of beds and space to host a large family. We enjoyed how close we were to seaside, the shore and Publix. The backyard was gated for privacy and we used the grill to cook out. Peter is a great communicated and gave us tips on what to do in the area. I had a blast and look forward to booking away here.

• Amazing in every way! Don’t hesitate!

  This house is beautifully decorated and in a great location! There was a ton of room for all three families - a group of four, two, and six. The kitchen was well-stocked, and they provided umbrellas, towels, cart, etc for the beach. Loved having a washer and dryer, as well as a grill. Peter was a great host and communicated with me the whole time. I can’t say enough nice things. Please don’t hesitate to rent this house! It really is as perfect as it seems!

  The home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of room and privacy. The home comes with beach accessories (beach chairs, towels, etc.) and the rooms were filled with comfortable sheets, plush towels, extra toiletries and everything we needed. The host, Peter, was so helpful, communicative and friendly, and provided a ton of great recommendations for us. The property is in a great location and is a quick ride or walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops around there. Would definitely recommend!
