Great home excellent host!
5/5 The home was exactly as listed. Very comfortable and clean. Although not walking distance to the beach with young kiddos it is conveniently located directly across the highway and parking was simply and easy. We had one small issue and the owner was responsive and made great efforts to make sure we were satisfied. He suggested amazing restaurants and nearby attractions. It was the perfect week at the beach in a lovely home with awesome friends. Oh an added bonus was being able to charge our EV while parked in the garage!
Excellent property and we will be staying here again!

5/5 Our family of 11 came for a vacation and had a very enjoyable stay. The host, Peter, was great and very communicative. He offered multiple suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby. The house was very close to the beach and nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. There was 8 beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and an umbrella at the house. We were unable to use the umbrella as it was broken, however. Overall the house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. I will note that the cleaning crew should replace mattress pads as there was urine and blood stains on them in some of the rooms. Also, handsoap containers were filled with water instead of being replaced, so we ended up buying our own soap. If you like sleeping with a fan, I recommend bringing your own as there are no ceiling fans and the ones provided do not work very well. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely return.

Just what we needed!
5/5 We were in town for a funeral, and this beach house is just what we needed. Communication with the host was great, location was great, and house was lovely.
