• Nice area, not very clean

  The area is excellent, the condo is tucked away and private, and it’s just a short walk to the beach off of 65th Street. Garage contained chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it with. Purchased and left some additional equipment. Also came equipped with towels and some sun-care products. Kitchen had all you need to make meals.Unfortunately, the condo wasn’t very clean. Lots of dust and dust bunnies underneath the beds. Could not use the pool because we couldn’t find the fob needed for entry. I’ll take some of the blame because I never followed up to ask where it is. We decided to just use the ocean. The beds were horrible. We purchased egg crates for the upstairs beds which made it a bit better. Master bedroom has a foam mattress that is as hard as a rock. Plan accordingly.Lastly, the front door keyless entry was pretty fickle. My wife could not get it to lock when we left at 5 am to catch our plane home. Used the interior lock on the handle because she didn’t want to leave the unit unlocked. Got a text that they had to call a locksmith because they couldn’t get into the unit. I guess in my opinion, you would think that would be something that the owners/managers would fix to control that from happening.

  Nice neighborhood, surprisingly private, tucked away in the middle of everything. Batteries went out on the fire and smoke detectors so I had to put up with annoying churps until I was able to go buy some 9 V and replace all of them in order to stop the one that was causing the issue. Definitely an inconvenience because traffic on the island is brutal. Not sure how the owner could have predicted but the management company put resolution back on me as apparently they are not local or on the island.

• Lovely home in great location!

  Lovely home, tastefully decorated in a gorgeous neighborhood. Loved the front and back decks. Brief walk to the beach; walking distance to several restaurants and shops though largely non commercial area with a private street and a ways from busy streets. We loved it and are talking about coming back next year!

• It wasn’t the cleanest and there was no gas in the bbq. Torn lanai and a dirty towel left out
