Very perfect stay
5/5 Our family really enjoyed our perfect little stay in that lovely house. The kids completely loved their room with the big screen they could watch a little in the morning. Auntie loved her room and us as well so everyone has spend quality time there.

Very nice!
5/5 Everything was wonderful! The pictures do not do the place justice. Although we were there during the hurricane we only lost power for a few hours. Plenty of room for the 6 of us!
Good value at a good location
4/5 The unit was very comfortable for six guests. Although the living room, dining area, and kitchen are a bit on the small side, we were not cramped when all were together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice sized and well furnished with comfortable beds. It would be nice to have ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms as they do not cool as well as the main living area when the doors are closed at night.
The swimming pool is very small as noted, but it was too hot to even step into it in late July. After a long day in the sun you would like to cool off in the pool. However, it felt more like a hot tub and would accentuate any sunburned area. Plus, the water jets were only on during the day when we were elsewhere and it was not an option to turn them on manually. And the water feature was leaking so we were asked to not turn it on either, which could have somewhat cooled the water.
There were lots of beach items available for use in the garage, from chairs and a wagon to rafts and boards. And we were able to put a 6 passenger golf cart and our fishing equipment inside at night.
The owner lived in the area and was very responsive to any requests we had. There was an issue with the washing machine as it was making a very loud noise and discoloring some items. The owner quickly sent a repairman to look at it, but it was not feasible to fix so he purchased a new washer and dryer set while we were there.
Overall we enjoyed our week there and would rent this unit again.

5/5 We had the best time, again in AMI and this spot was perfect. We rented a golf cart and never left the island. So much relaxing fun. Would stay here again.
Great stay in AMI
5/5 We had a great stay on Holmes Beach. Property is as pictured, and was a short walk to the beach. The pool was really nice, and the layout was perfect for our family. The owners were always quick to reply to any questions. Bonus it’s walking distance to The Ugly Grouper!
